It usually takes 2 days to collect, package, and ship your order, after it has been approved. We process orders within 24 hours except weekend orders which are batched on Monday. In some cases, this term could be extended due to Risk Department Requests.
All orders are shipped in discreet packages which do not mention the contents of the shipment for your privacy. The package consists of your medicine(s), your prescription, and drug usage instructions.
We provide two types of shipping: International Airmail Shipping and Trackable Courier Shipping.
International Airmail Shipping ($12.00) - usually takes about 2 weeks from the moment of purchasing to the delivery of your order.
In most cases, you have to pick up your order at your local post office. A tracking code is not available for the AirMail shipping method.
Trackable Courier Shipping ($25.00) - provides a tracking number. The approximate delivery time for products is between 7-10 working days.

of your order, free of charge, or the refunding of payment if your order was not delivered in time.
If your order has not been delivered during the 21-day term, please, contact our support center, and we will either reship your order,
